What does "Daughter Lao Ye" mean?
老爷 ("Lao Ye") actually means "grandfather" in Chinese, or "lord" or "master". My dear old dad calls me "daughter lao ye" as a nickname, presumably because I was a bratty child with a lot of demands and opinions :)
